Joy Engineering was started in 2022 to serve distribution electric utilities, municipal/city utilities, and rural electric utilities with engineering services. Our goal is to provide excellent services and high-quality work to each utility and for every project. Thank you for considering us!
JARED SOSTROM, P.E.
Electrical Engineer - Owner
After graduating college in 2007, I worked as a System Engineer for Powder River Energy Corporation in Wyoming for 10 years. My primary duties were load studies, motor start analysis, system protection, long range planning, and various other duties. I had a space where I stepped away from engineering to fulfill other commitments in my life. Then, in 2022, I resumed engineering by starting Joy Engineering, LLC and now am able to offer services abroad.
